Had a bit of fun trying to get my Kuwait work visa. To try to expedite the process, I drove to Washington DC with a friend to go to the government offices. Let's just say the bureaucratic red tape is almost more than I can bear.
My passport is now in the hands of the Kuwaiti Embassy. Hopefully I will be getting my work visa in the next week. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Documentation for Kuwait
I never knew the amount of documentation that goes into getting a work visa for a foreign country. I have to go through a battery of medical testing, get finger printed for the FBI, get all of my documents notarized and then authenticated by the US State Department Office of Authentications (which is only located in DC and is only open between the hours of 7:30 am and 11:00 am).
I am up for the challenge!

Promotions
It was great seeing everyone getting promoted to the next grade. It's hard to believe that another year has gone by! I'm going to miss everyone at EMS.
Tomorrow is the 8th grade graduation. I'm proud to see all of my students moving onto high school. I wish them all the best of luck next year!
